Our team members are people with a passion for serving others and supporting public service agencies. Our all-volunteer force comes from all walks of life, including pilots, public service workers, retired military personnel, local law enforcement officers, and private business. All ETHOS members undergo a state and Federal background check, and every member of our team is trained to ASTM 2209 and NASAR SARTECH levels of competency. Once deployed, our team is fully self sufficient for up to 72 hours, and integrates into standard NIMS operational models.
